Newlina Jewellery is handmade by Michelle. Our jewellery is made from our home workshop, in the village of St Newlyn East, situated just of the West coast of Cornwall. As I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country, I decided to name the business Newlina, after Saint Newlina, our village patron saint. She is said to
Newlina Jewellery is handmade by Michelle. Our jewellery is made from our home workshop, in the village of St Newlyn East, situated just of the West coast of Cornwall. As I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country, I decided to name the business Newlina, after Saint Newlina, our village patron saint. She is said to have planted her wooden staff in our churchyard & a fig tree grew from it, which still remains in place today.
I have always been creative as well as having a love of jewellery, especially silver handmade, affordable, wearable & everyday jewellery with the added beauty of gemstones. This inspired me to start creating my own jewellery, as well as gifts for family & friends. I get so much joy & happiness out of giving gifts, which also inspired me to start up Newlina Jewellery. I hope our customers, can have as much joy & happiness giving our handmade jewellery as a gift to family & friends or even treat yourself to bring added happiness & joy to your life, as I do.
Our jewellery is handmade in various metals, using different techniques such as texturing, soldering, wirework & more. We aim to make our pieces affordable, wearable everyday. We hope you love our jewellery just as much as I do making them.
