As all our items are handmade to order, we aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 days. Please allow longer if your items require a hallmark, as these need to be sent to London for testing & hallmark applied. We offer worldwide postage. postage costs will be calculated at checkout. We currently use Royal Mail & most items are sent 1st class signed for, we also offer guaranteed special next day delivery for express service.
International delivery will be sent via international track & trace.
Please note: if customs charges are applied, you the customer will be responsible for paying these charges.
We really hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However, in some instances you may need to return your items.
items can be exchanged or a refund issued (excluding postage) within 14 days provided the goods are returned in an unworn condition in the original packaging . This excludes personalised, custom made items and earrings (for hygiene reasons). Please return in original packaging along with your proof of purchase (copy of online order with order reference number).
Please contact us (using the link below) before returning an item and always obtain proof of posting as a refund cannot be issued until the returned item has been received. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
Please Note: Return postage is the customers responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty item.
